BERNI's

BERNI’s is a celebration of the ‘Great British Meal’ - prawn cocktail, steak garni with chips & Black Forest gâteau. Popularised by the Berni Inn chain, it was the most popular dining out menu in the 1980s. With proper good cooking & high-quality ingredients, it is a truly special meal.

BERNI’s has only popped up once but it went down a treat. I am on the lookout to do more kitchen takeovers / chef collaborations with this project.

The pop-up is all about a comfort food treat & impeccable hospitality. We use high welfare grass-fed beef, meaning the cows are about as happy as they can be before the eaten part. The next menu will offer more plant-based alternatives.
